Your responsibilities
As Key Account Manager Hotel Business Portugal, you are responsible for the acquisition and support of regional hotel providers for the Portuguese market. Your extensive experience in account management enables you to maintain existing national and international customer relationships in a structured and analytical manner. Your background in hospitality or tourism sales supports you in acquiring new potential partners specifically for the Portuguese market. You will also oversee content maintenance and promotional planning for your accounts.
Your responsibilities in detail
- Strategic and operational management of Portuguese Key Accounts
- Acquisition of new customers (hotel chains and individual hotels), including presentation, negotiation, and contract conclusion with tourism clients in the hospitality/leisure segment for the Portuguese market
- Scaling of customers to our international source markets
- Content maintenance of offers in our internal CMS
- Planning and creation of customer campaigns
- Market and customer analysis for the Portuguese market
- Strategy implementation and performance monitoring
- Documentation of sales activities and CRM maintenance
Your profile
- Several years of experience in hospitality key account management
- Proven negotiation skills and strong interest in new customer acquisition
- Additional experience in purchasing (hotels or OTAs)
- Profound industry knowledge in leisure hospitality
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Independent, structured, and self-reliant work style
- Commitment, initiative, resilience, and flexibility
- Strong teamwork, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of technical and business relations
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Occasional travel required
